ABOUT US

Fair Sky Farm is a private training facility in the White Fences equestrian neighborhood of Loxahatchee Florida, near Wellington. It is next door to the White Fences Equestrian Center showground which features recognized dressage competitions during the winter season.

The property includes two barns, each with its own living quarters and turn-outs nearby. The barns share a covered arena and an outdoor arena, a round pen, and a perimeter walking path around the entire property.

Fair Sky Farm South features an 8-stall barn attached to a 3-bedroom house.

The lovely covered arena has a European-style kickwall and Riso ebb-and-flow footing system in addition to a tongue-and-groove ceiling, mirrors, wifi and an audio system for practicing freestyles or training to music.

Fair Sky Farm North has a 16-stall barn, a 4-bedroom Groom’s Apartment and a 70-ft. storage building. 

The outdoor arena also features a Riso footing system for optimal moisture content.

Fair Sky Farm North

This easy-to-maintain training facility features 16 Rower and Rubb stalls equipped with automatic waterers and rubber mats. It includes 3 grooming stalls, 3 wash stalls with rubber mats, a tack room with combined laundry room, and a bathroom. There are surveillance cameras in the barn aisle.

Fair Sky Farm South

This charming barn features 8 horse stalls that include automatic waterers, rubber mats and hurricane shutters. It has a tack room, bathroom with a shower, and 3 wash stalls. This barn also has surveillance cameras in the aisle. The 3-bedroom house is attached across a breezeway.

THE COVERED ARENA

The Covered Arena

The covered dressage arena features a RISO footing system for perfect moisture content every day. It has a sound system and comfortable viewing area. Mirrors provide visual feedback for accurate test riding. A European-style kickwall makes horses feel secure, even when training in hand or when fine-tuning difficult movements.

THE OUTDOOR ARENA

The Outdoor Arena

The outdoor arena is an ideal place to practice show-riding. It has exact regulation dimensions, and a RISO footing system for perfect moisture content every day.
